What you'll do:

  • Follow all safety rules and practices
  • Be responsible for the safety and quality in your area
  • May be involved in safety committees or initiatives
  • Aid in introduction and implementation of new ideas to increase safety, quality, and efficiency
  • Lead a team by assigning tasks and supporting the needs that may arise
  • Coach and train lower levels
  • Assist in the completion of all tasks to meet deadlines

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience
  • Must be certified at minimum a Senior Welder (Welder 3)
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Must be a dedicated team player
  • Must be versatile and adaptable
  • Must be able to work with little to no supervision
  • Must be able to work with 2nd Shift (6:00PM - 6:30AM)
